This was at the annual Christmas Tea held at Bible Baptist Church.
It was a time for mothers and daughters to be together, all dressed up.
The tables were decorated lavishly, welcoming centers for families to be united.
The women would be served tea, as well as delectable noshes, by men that night.
I had been fortunate to be invited to share the table hosted by Robin Maddox, maternal aunt of my first niece.
That meant I shared that bonding time with Christina, her mom (Melinda), her Nana (Venita), and her Aunt Robin, and her Aunt Tammy.
I am so blessed to be so loved, and included, by that family!

When CVS was new in Savannah, they offered two new "Rudolph" stuffed toys each week for some nominal fee. I held off until they got to The Bumble and Yukon Cornelius.
