mental jukebox bonanza!!!


My friend Sandy started it on fb... and I couldn't resist continuing the fun on my page!
Here's the premise: to name the first song that comes to mind that contains the item of interest, whether it be a number or day of the week or whatever.
No fair using the internet to look anything up!
I had several folks play along, too!
Very nice!
 
So, here was 54-year-old Sandy Karlin's playlist:

Baseball fan Jim Casey, who is at least mid-70's, took me back in time:

Artist Anne El-Habre, who may be 50 or so, offered these:

Mark Rand, fifty-something thespian and educator, had a lively mix:

Octogenarian Dandy Barrett, also a thespian, crossed several decades with these:

My Boomer friend, Jackie Frant, also in her 70's, had a bit of country in the list:

* Color - Don’t you make my Brown Eyes Blue

Cousin Lynn Lee, somewhere in her 50's, even had a soundtrack tune in there:

* Color - Yellow Submarine
* A Girl’s Name - Gloria

And what did I like best about this little game?
Being reminded of songs I had forgotten!
Also, it was cool to learn of songs I never knew.
I also liked the variety of genres. 
But, perhaps most favorite of all, I loved that folks played along!
